  Twin Support Organizations
  • M.O.S.T. (Mothers of Supertwins):  A national, nonprofit network providing information, resources, empathy, and support to families with triplets and more.
  • Multiplicity:  The Special Challenges of Parenting Twins & More - Loss, Prematurity and Special Needs. Lists organizations, print & website resources that may be helpful for parents facing the challenges of raising multiples, working through loss of one or more multiples, or raising one or more premature or special needs child(ren).
  • Triplet Connection:  Triplet Connection, a non-profit, tax exempt organization, is a "Network of Caring and Sharing" for multiple-birth families. It provides vital information to families who are expecting triplets, quadruplets, quintuplets or more, as well as encouragement, resources, and networking opportunities for families who are parents of higher order multiples. 
  • Twins Days in Twinsburg, Ohio:  Each year during the first full weekend in August, a festival is held in Twinsburg, Ohio (about 30 miles south of Cleveland). It's reported to be the largest annual gathering of twins in the world. 

Prematurity Resource Sites
Preemies:  For parents with children born six weeks or more before due date.
  • Prematurely Yours:  This site has a discussion board called "Preemie Chat".
  • Sidelines National Support Network:  Sidelines is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization providing international support for women and their families experiencing complicated pregnancies and premature births.

    • TWINS Magazine:  Bi-monthly parenting magazine providing advice and real life stories regarding multiple children – published since 1984. Targeted specifically to parents of twins, triplets and higher order multiples from prenatal to age 5.
    • TWINS to QUINTS:  The Complete Manual for Parents of Multiple Birth Children, Edited by Rebecca E. Moskwinski, M.D.

    TWIN Research
    • The Fetal Hope Foundation's mission is to provide support, provide information, fund research, increase awareness and be an outlet for leading medical information pertaining to fetal distresses and syndromes. We are all about arming families and healthcare providers with information and helping to save babies' lives.
    • Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome Foundation, Inc.:  Founded in 1992, The TTTS Foundation is an international (501)(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational, and emotional support to families, medical professionals, parents of multiples clubs, and other caregivers before, during or after a diagnosis of TTTS.
    • Twins Foundation:  Nonprofit membership, research information center, and twin registry.
    • Twin Research SRI: Twin studies help identify how health is influenced by genetics or the environment. SRI International is a nonprofit research institute

    Tummy-Tuck Options after Birth & Exercise
    Note: Per a cosmetic surgeon and mom of twins. Please beware of companies that promise skin tightening with lasers (such as American Laser Institute). In reality, they can only do so much. If you have minimal skin laxity, they may be effective.  But if you have what you call a "saggy skin bulge," they may not. Refer to the list above to review all your options.  These resources have been referred to by other mothers of multiples.
