This is the BEST sound machine to use for a baby sleeping. We love the "rain" setting to just add white noise in the girls room while they sleep. We also use the lullaby noise for naps. Its not annoying and it seems to really soothe our girls. We have two and cannot travel without one! From birth babies are used to hearing their mom's heartbeat and this sound machine adds comfort to their hearing sense while they sleep. It also blocks out the noise of you vacuuming or watching TV in the other room while your kid naps. This sound machine is highly recommended!
